Flags Learning Quiz for Android

Cargo Teleport (“we,” “us,” or “our”) publishes Flags Learning Quiz, an educational app for learning flags, countries and capitals. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the Android app, including its advertising and optional in-app purchases.
You can use the quizzes and country reference without creating an account. Your game progress is stored on your device. Online services provided by Google process information when you use purchases, privacy choices or advertising.
Information stored on your device
The app stores your quiz sessions, question and answer order, attempted answers, remaining lives, best results, country answer statistics, star balance, language and sound preferences. It also stores permanent purchase rights and records used to prevent duplicate purchase or rewarded-ad credits.
These records support gameplay, resume interrupted rounds, calculate statistics and apply purchases correctly. We do not upload your country-by-country quiz history to our own server. The app does not provide a user account, cloud progress synchronization, public profile or leaderboard.
Advertising and information handled by Google
The app uses Google AdMob to display banners during quizzes and optional rewarded ads that can provide a life. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect and transmit information such as your IP address, device or advertising identifiers, app and ad interactions, and diagnostic information. An IP address may be used to estimate a general location. This information supports ad delivery, measurement, service operation and fraud prevention.
The app does not request access to your precise device location, contacts, camera, microphone or photo library for its quiz features. Advertising services may use information available to them independently under their own policies.
We may receive advertising performance reports through AdMob, such as impressions and estimated revenue. Google and the advertising partners identified in the applicable consent information may process advertising data under their own policies and the choices available to you.

Your advertising and privacy choices
Where required, the app uses Google’s User Messaging Platform to present a consent message before requesting ads. The available choices and whether ads are personalized depend on your region, applicable requirements and Google’s consent system. Ads are requested only when that system permits the request.
When required and available, a Privacy choices entry in the Shop lets you review or change your advertising choices. You can also manage advertising identifiers and ad privacy settings through Android settings. Changing consent does not remove the offline quiz or reference content.
The optional Remove Ads purchase removes banner ads. Voluntary rewarded ads remain available. Consent management and optional ad loading may still involve Google’s services; buying Remove Ads does not erase information already processed by Google.
We do not sell personal information for money. Some advertising disclosures may be considered “sharing” or a “sale” under certain privacy laws. Where applicable, use the privacy choices offered in the app to control consent-dependent advertising disclosures.
In-app purchases
Optional purchases are processed by Google Play. Google handles payment information under its own policies. We do not receive your full card number or payment-account credentials.
Google Play provides purchase information to the app, including the purchased product, purchase status, purchase token and a digital signature. The app checks the purchase and stores a record of the token in hashed form, together with the credited product and delivery status, to avoid issuing the same purchase twice. It stores permanent rights for the extra starting life and Remove Ads on your device. Google Play may provide existing purchase rights again when you restore purchases.
Consumable stars and local quiz progress are not maintained in an account on our server. Uninstalling the app or clearing its storage can remove this local information. Google Play retains its own transaction records according to its policies and legal obligations.
Information you send to us
If you contact us, we receive the email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use that information to respond, investigate the reported issue and maintain necessary support records. Please avoid sending payment credentials or other information that is unnecessary for your request.
Why information is processed
Information is processed to operate the app, save your preferences and progress, deliver and restore purchases, prevent duplicate credits or fraud, provide permitted advertising, respond to support requests and meet applicable obligations. Where privacy law requires consent for particular advertising activities, those activities depend on the consent choices available to you. Other processing may be necessary to provide requested services, protect the app and its users, or comply with legal requirements, as applicable.
Retention and deletion
Local game and preference records normally remain until you clear the app’s storage or uninstall it. Resetting a continent clears that continent’s game sessions and best results; it does not erase the wallet, purchase rights or country answer statistics. The app has no cloud account to delete.
We retain information sent to support only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, address related issues and satisfy applicable recordkeeping requirements. Google controls retention and deletion of information it processes. Clearing local app storage does not automatically delete Google’s advertising or purchase records.
Security and international processing
Local app records are kept in Android’s application storage, protected by the operating system’s access controls. We use the Google-provided services and their security mechanisms for consent, ads and payments. No storage or transmission method can guarantee complete security.
Google and its service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Information about Google’s processing locations and applicable safeguards is provided in its privacy policy.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, restrict or object to processing, receive a copy of certain information, withdraw consent, or complain to a relevant data protection authority. Rights and exceptions depend on applicable law.
To ask about information you have sent directly to us, contact us at the address below. For information held by Google, you can use the controls and request options described in Google’s Privacy Policy. We cannot directly delete data held independently by Google.
Children and parents
The quiz features do not require a child’s name, email address or other registration details. We do not knowingly ask children to submit personal information directly to us. A parent or guardian who believes a child has sent us personal information can contact us so we can review the request and take appropriate action. The presence of educational content does not by itself mean that third-party advertising services collect no information.
Links to other services
Ads and support links may open websites or services operated by others. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. This policy describes the Android app; website hosting may involve separate processing described on the relevant site.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the app or its services change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request updated consent.
