Famous People Quiz (the "App") is a mobile quiz game available for iOS and Android. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the App, including game progress, in-app purchases, advertising, and privacy choices.

The App is operated by Cargo Teleport ("we", "us", or "our").

1. Information We Process

Depending on the features you use, we and service providers acting on our behalf may process the following information:

Game and profile information

The App may create a pseudonymous game profile identifier and store information needed to maintain your progress, completed levels, scores, achievements, virtual keys, hints, and other in-game balances. A pseudonymous identifier can still be personal data under applicable privacy laws.

In-app purchase information

If you buy virtual items or the Remove Ads feature, we may process product identifiers, transaction identifiers, purchase status, verification responses, and entitlement records to validate purchases, deliver purchased content, prevent duplicate grants, and support eligible restorations.

Payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not receive your complete payment card number from those stores.

Technical and security information

Our servers may process the IP address associated with a request, request timestamps, app version, platform, error information, and limited diagnostic logs when necessary to operate the App, protect accounts and purchases, investigate failures, and prevent abuse.

Advertising and consent information

If advertising is enabled, Google AdMob and its advertising partners may process information such as IP address, device or app identifiers, approximate location inferred from network information, ad interactions, diagnostic or performance information, and your advertising consent choices.

The categories and uses of data depend on the applicable SDK configuration, your region, and your choices.

Support correspondence

If you contact us, we will process the information you choose to share, such as your email address, message, and any troubleshooting details, to respond to your request.

2. How We Use Information

We use information where necessary to:

• Provide and maintain game features, progress, scores, and virtual item balances.
• Validate and fulfil in-app purchases and restore eligible non-consumable purchases.
• Prevent fraud, duplicate rewards, unauthorized transfers of purchases, and security incidents.
• Diagnose errors and maintain app performance.
• Display advertising when enabled and permitted under applicable requirements.
• Record and respect advertising privacy choices.
• Provide support and comply with applicable legal obligations.

The App does not require you to provide your full name or payment card information to complete ordinary quiz levels.

Some features may depend on a pseudonymous game profile or an active connection to our servers.

3. Advertising and Privacy Choices

The App may display interstitial advertisements and optional rewarded advertisements through Google AdMob.

Rewarded ads, when available, allow users to choose to watch an advertisement in exchange for an in-game hint.

The Remove Ads in-app purchase is intended to remove mandatory interstitial advertising in this App. It does not necessarily remove optional rewarded ads.

We configure advertising requests to request non-personalized advertising.

This does not mean that no personal information is processed: non-personalized advertising may still involve identifiers or similar technologies for functions such as frequency capping, fraud prevention, ad delivery, and reporting.

Where required, the App uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) or another applicable consent mechanism to present advertising privacy choices.

You may be able to accept, reject, or manage the available choices.

Where required by law or platform policy, advertising that depends on a particular permission or consent will not be requested without that permission or consent.

If ads cannot be served in a compliant manner, the App may operate without advertising.

Where available, you can revisit your advertising choices using the privacy-options control in the App.

4. In-App Purchases and Restore

In-app purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play under their respective terms and privacy policies.

We use purchase verification information to deliver virtual keys, hints, and the non-consumable Remove Ads entitlement.

Purchase rights and balances are tied to the applicable app, store, and verified game profile.

Restore Purchases is intended for eligible non-consumable purchases such as Remove Ads.

It does not automatically restore already-consumed keys or hints.

To protect against unauthorized transfer, restoring an entitlement to a different game profile may require additional verification or support assistance.

5. Sharing with Service Providers

We may disclose information to the following categories of recipients only for the purposes described in this Policy:

• Apple and Google, for app distribution, payment processing, and purchase verification.
• Google AdMob and relevant advertising technology providers, when advertising is enabled, for ad delivery, security, measurement, and related processing according to applicable settings and privacy choices.
• Hosting, database, and infrastructure providers, to operate the game's backend and preserve game progress and purchase entitlements.
• Authorities or other parties when disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect legal rights and security.

Third-party providers may process data under their own privacy notices.

We seek appropriate contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards for the information we control.

We do not disclose complete payment card details because the stores handle payment processing.

6. International Processing

We and our service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live.

Where required, we use applicable safeguards for international data transfers.

The privacy notices of Apple, Google, and other relevant providers describe their own processing practices.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain game profile and progress information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the App and support the associated profile.

Purchase and entitlement records may be retained for longer where necessary to verify ownership, prevent duplicate grants or fraud, resolve disputes, or meet legal and accounting obligations.

Technical logs are retained only for an appropriate operational and security period.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with your game profile by contacting info@aurcoda.dev.

We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify that a request concerns your profile or purchases.

Some information may need to be retained where required by law or to protect the integrity of purchase and security records.

Deleting profile data may affect saved progress, balances, or the ability to restore profile-linked items.

8. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a relevant privacy or data protection authority.

Withdrawing advertising consent does not invalidate a previous lawful processing activity and may affect which advertisements, if any, are available.

9. Security

We take reasonable steps designed to protect data, including access controls and server-side purchase verification.

No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly seek unnecessary personal information from children.

We aim to apply any age-related advertising, consent, and platform restrictions that are applicable to the App.

We may update this Policy when the App's features, advertising providers, data practices, or legal requirements change.
